In order to be placed on the waiting list, Applicant must submit a completed Village Court Apartments (VCA) application including the "Employee Housing Qualification Questionnaire" on page 4 and the "Affidavit - Restrictions on Public Benefits" on page 5. Applicant will not be required to pay the application fee of $30.00 until a unit becomes available.

Management will contact applicant when a unit becomes available. The Applicant will have 48 hours to contact VCA Management to secure the unit. Applicant will then pay the required $30.00 application fee, payable to VCA, in order to obtain a background check and credit history.

If Management does not hear from Applicant within this time period, VCA will contact the next person on the wait list.
